We operate a simple no quibble returns policy within 28 days;

• If you are not happy with your product or have changed your mind about it, we will offer you a full refund (minus postage for returns) or alternatively send you a suitable replacement, provided the product is returned in the original condition it was sent in.
• If an item received from Duragadget Europe LTD is damaged or an incorrect product, we will happily offer a full refund (including postage) or send a suitable replacement, once the damaged/wrong good is returned to us via our freepost address which we will provide you with if applicable.
